Rosetta Scipio-Lee is an adjunct lecturer in the Public Management Department. I received my BS from John Jay. My graduate degree also from John Jay College is in Public Administration with a specialization in Fiscal Policy Analysis. I previously taught Urban Studies at Long Island University and I am currently employed as an Assistant Director in one of the City Agencies.
